শিশুর জ্বর হলে কখন ডাক্তার দেখাবেন?
যদি শিশুর জ্বর ১০০.৪°F এর বেশি হয়, শ্বাসকষ্ট থাকে, খেতে না চায়, খিঁচুনি হয় বা শিশুটি অস্বাভাবিক দুর্বল দেখায় তাহলে দ্রুত শিশু বিশেষজ্ঞের পরামর্শ নিতে হবে।
Premature baby কী?
গর্ভধারণের ৩৭ সপ্তাহের আগে জন্ম নেওয়া শিশুকে Premature Baby বলা হয়। এদের বিশেষ NICU care এবং নিয়মিত ফলো-আপ প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।
NICU কী?
NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) হলো নবজাতকের নিবিড় পরিচর্যা কেন্দ্র যেখানে অসুস্থ, প্রিম্যাচিউর বা কম ওজনের নবজাতকদের বিশেষ চিকিৎসা দেওয়া হয়।
নিউবর্ন জন্ডিস কি বিপজ্জনক?
সব জন্ডিস বিপজ্জনক নয়, তবে জন্ডিসের মাত্রা বেশি হলে শিশুর মস্তিষ্কের ক্ষতি হতে পারে। তাই দ্রুত পরীক্ষা ও প্রয়োজনীয় চিকিৎসা জরুরি।
শিশুর টিকা কেন গুরুত্বপূর্ণ?
টিকা শিশুকে বিভিন্ন মারাত্মক সংক্রামক রোগ থেকে সুরক্ষা দেয় এবং সুস্থ বৃদ্ধি নিশ্চিত করতে সাহায্য করে।
Breastfeeding কতদিন চালিয়ে যাওয়া উচিত?
জন্মের পর প্রথম ৬ মাস শুধুমাত্র বুকের দুধ এবং এরপর উপযুক্ত খাবারের পাশাপাশি কমপক্ষে ২ বছর পর্যন্ত বুকের দুধ চালিয়ে যাওয়ার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হয়।
কখন শিশুকে NICU তে ভর্তি করতে হয়?
প্রিম্যাচিউর জন্ম, শ্বাসকষ্ট, ইনফেকশন, কম ওজন, জন্ডিস বা অন্যান্য জটিল অবস্থায় নবজাতককে NICU তে ভর্তি করতে হতে পারে।
শিশুর খিঁচুনি হলে কী করবেন?
শিশুকে নিরাপদ স্থানে কাত করে শুইয়ে দিন, মুখে কিছু দেবেন না এবং দ্রুত নিকটস্থ হাসপাতালে নিয়ে যান।
